Repeated suggestions and/or questions by the Indy Tax Dollars website have been ignored by politicians, the media and business organizations. The only answer ever given is the "rolled into the new debt" ploy, where nobody can or will verify the situation. The taxpayers were told the Food and Beverage Tax was levied to build the RCA Dome. Apparently we will never know whether misfeasance or malfeasance was involved in diverting the funds into other projects while ignoring the stated debt.
